My Trip to a Japanese Zen Garden

Entering the Zen garden, I was immediately struck by its simplicity and tranquility. Raked gravel formed patterns like waves, and carefully placed rocks represented mountains. I sat on a bench, watching the gardener create new designs with a rake. The garden’s peaceful atmosphere made me feel relaxed and centered. It was a perfect example of how nature and art can combine to create a space for reflection.
